If work is incorrect or not on time, managers must determine why and fix the problem. A good manager must look for better ways to get the job done—to be faster, more efficient, and successful. 2. Leadership motivates, coaches, and develops people to complete the processes or work efficiently. It involves the ability to create or improve job satisfaction. You can be a manager without being a leader.

I can’t support peer groups enough when running a business. Running a business is fun, but so challenging. There have been times when I felt as though I couldn’t breathe because of some urgent business problems But when I joined two different peer groups the business challenges became easier.
