Annual plan of $20,000 if paid in advance.
$2,600 Monthly Presidential Plan- 6 month minimum
Executive Coaching and guidance in solid business practices.

Includes quarterly mid-level management training, if needed.
Provide support to create strategies for the year to facilitate improving business performance.
Work with staff to develop program for internal customer service.
Set up a system to track rewards.
Help business to set up staff/manager rewards.
Assist to develop themes.
Annual plan of $29,000 if paid in advance.
$2,500 Predictive Index workshops for hiring and inspiring the team- Requires acquisition of Predictive Index software
Use of software will facilitate hiring and reduce turnover
Understand your employees and how they fit with your strategies
Surveys from Predictive Index with identify Blind spots and improve management team to retain good employees
$6,500- Strategic Planning Session-
Develop timeline with Client.
Include interviews of Executive team.
Develop agenda for meeting with approval by CEO
Work with CEO for formation of meeting.
Assist staff to accumulate data necessary for meeting.
Create meeting notes with accountability function.
Facilitate follow up for accountability.
Cost does not include room rental for meeting location.
Client must provide food and beverage for meeting
$1,400/quarter-Follow up from Strategic planning session
1 meeting per quarter in person or via the internet to review notes from strategic planning meeting with Client and team on a monthly basis and evaluate plan and staff progress.
